Eazycal Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Eazycal (“Eazycal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eazycal mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Eazycal

Eazycal is a calorie tracking and nutrition application designed to help users monitor their food intake, activity, and health-related information through features including:

  • Voice-based food logging
  • Food photo recognition
  • Barcode scanning
  • Text-based food logging
  • AI-powered nutrition assistance
  • Activity and calorie tracking

Our goal is to make calorie tracking simple, fast, and accessible.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eazycal.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account or sign in using:

  • Google Sign-In
  • Email and Password
  • Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the App in a manner that does not interfere with other users

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
  • Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse, exploit, or misuse any feature of the App

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Eazycal provides general nutrition, fitness, and health-related information for informational and educational purposes only.

Eazycal is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your diet, exercise routine, medications, or health conditions.

Your reliance on any information provided through the App is solely at your own risk.

6. App Permissions

To provide certain features, Eazycal may request access to the following permissions:

Camera

Used for food photo recognition and barcode scanning.

Microphone

Used for voice-based food logging and interactions.

Activity Recognition

Used for tracking steps, activity levels, and estimated calories burned.

Location

Used to improve food recognition and recommendations based on regional food preferences and terminology.

For example, certain food names may refer to different items in different countries or regions.

Health Data Integration

Used to sync activity and health-related information from supported health platforms and services.

You may disable permissions at any time through your device settings; however, some features may not function properly.

7. AI Nutrition Assistant

Eazycal may provide access to AI-powered nutrition and health assistance.

AI-generated responses, recommendations, calorie estimates, and nutritional information:

  • Are generated automatically
  • May not always be accurate or complete
  • Are provided for informational purposes only
  • Do not constitute medical advice

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Eazycal may require a paid subscription.

If paid features are offered:

  • Pricing will be displayed before purchase
  • Payments will be processed through the applicable app store or payment provider
  • Subscription management and refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable platform
  • Fees may change in the future with appropriate notice where required

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, and technology associated with Eazycal are owned by or licensed to Eazycal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct
  • We believe your use creates risk or harm to Eazycal or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazycal and its affiliates, founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Inaccurate calorie or nutrition estimates
  • Health outcomes or decisions made based on App content
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of Eazycal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
